The 'Try-before-you-hire' (known in the industry as temp-to-hire) option means we will employ your candidates while you try them at your business. We take care of the search and pre-screening process, making sure the candidates you try fit ALL of your search criteria and requirements. We also take care of all onboarding, pre-employment drug and alcohol screenings, background checks, employer taxes and payroll, etc., until you decide to bring them onboard. Fees for this service are based on the actual hours worked during the trial period, and no further fee is due once the candidate is converted to your employee.
